We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for standard rentals. Same-day reservations are accommodated when vehicles are available, though selection may be limited. For specific dates during peak business periods, earlier booking ensures vehicle availability.
You'll need a valid driving licence held for at least two years, proof of address, and a payment method for the security deposit. International clients should present their passport and, if applicable, an International Driving Permit.
Extensions are granted based on vehicle availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return to arrange an extension. Additional days are charged at the daily rate unless you qualify for weekly package pricing.
Our primary service area covers Greater London and surrounding counties. We can arrange delivery to locations outside this area for extended bookings. Airport transfers service all major London airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, and City Airport.
Our office is located in Notting Hill, easily accessible via public transport or private vehicle. The nearest Underground station is Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith & City and Circle lines), approximately six minutes on foot. Limited street parking is available; we recommend using nearby public car parks for extended visits.
