To rent a vehicle from feral-grove, you must:
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline reservations at our discretion.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental charge. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount.
Full payment is required before vehicle collection. A security deposit is authorized on your payment method and released upon satisfactory vehicle return. The security deposit amount varies by vehicle class and is disclosed during booking.
Vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes and within the United Kingdom unless explicitly authorized in writing. The renter must be the primary driver unless additional drivers are added to the rental agreement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
You are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition during the rental period. This includes checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues immediately. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
Comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals, subject to standard policy terms and excess charges. Coverage details are provided in the rental agreement.

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge plus an administrative fee will be applied.
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns without prior authorization incur additional daily charges. Returns more than two hours late without notification may be treated as unauthorized retention.
